Senior Management Team
James F. Davenport
President & CEO
Jim has the key attributes to lead Rondout Savings Bank to new levels of success. Appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2007, he has been a member of the senior management team since joining the bank in 2001, as Vice President of Commercial Banking. He previously held positions in commercial banking management elsewhere in Kingston and in North Carolina.
Cheryl D. Bowers
Chief Administrative Officer
Years of experience in local banking have honed Cheryl’s skills in meeting the needs of local businesses and individuals. As Chief Administrative Officer, she is committed to providing the best service at the best price consistent with sound fiscal principles. She has been an integral part of Rondout’s Business Banking Department since 2001 and prior to that held leadership positions at other area institutions.
Scott Jordan
Chief Lending Officer
Scott has a following of happy homeowners throughout the Hudson Valley who credit their positive home buying experience to his expertise and guidance. Prior to joining Rondout Savings Bank as Chief Lending Officer where he oversees all aspects of lending, he served the local mortgage market for over 15 years at several area institutions.
Charles Cullen
Chief Financial Officer
With a 27 year background in accounting, 24 of it spent directly in the banking industry, Charles brings a wealth of experience to the position of Chief Financial Officer at Rondout Savings Bank. As Chief Financial Officer, he will be responsible for managing the accounting, investment and information systems, among other things, Charles is responsible for creating the bank’s operating budget and business plan and setting targets for its growth.

James Miller
Mortgage OriginatorJames Miller joined Rondout Savings Bank last August as a Mortgage Originator. A graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor’s Degree, he then went on to receive his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. James has worked at I.B.M. where he successfully completed the company’s Basic Programmers’ Education (BPE) program. He has also served for nearly ten years as a Corporate Controller for a workers’ compensation insurance company and was instrumental in the company’s initial public offering.
James is actively involved in the Hyde Park Little League where he has coached his daughter’s softball team for the last four years. He is also looking forward to utilizing both his education and work experience to successfully meet Rondout Savings Bank’s client’s needs in the residential mortgage arena, focusing on the Dutchess County area.
James lives in Hyde Park, NY with his wife and daughter.

Michael Kinsch
Mortgage OriginatorA Kingston native and homeowner, Michael also has deep roots and appreciation of all this area has to offer. With over a decade of experience, he continues to form many long-term business relationships. A graduate of Marist College with a degree in finance, Michael has over 13 years of banking experience. Crystal C. Jacob
AVP, Branch Sales AdministratorCrystal entered the Banking Industry in 1999, which has given her many years in working with people in diverse professional banking settings. Crystal joined Rondout Savings Bank in 2010 to leverage her experience within a banking environment that has a strong community presence.
As a Hurley resident, Crystal is visible in the community, currently serving on the Foundation Board of the Center for Spectrum Services as Vice President and is a graduate of the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Development program. She lives in Hurley, NY with her husband and daughter.

Stephen J. Sickler
AVP Business Banking and Business DevelopmentStephen is a graduate of Kingston High School and St. Bonaventure University. His primary focus is in business development as well as originating residential mortgages and refinances. Stephen has been employed in the Banking Industry for over 15 years. He currently serves on the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as Treasurer and The Kingston Boys and Girls Club’s Board of Directors.
Stephen resides in Kingston with his wife and two children and, being from the Kingston area, he feels he understands the local economy and knows how to help his clients. He takes pride in providing superior customer service and looks forward to meeting you!

Bryan M. Smith
AVP, Business DevelopmentWith a 29 year background in business finances and a life long commitment to the Ulster community, Bryan is bringing a wealth of experience to the position of Assistant Vice President of Business Development at Rondout Savings Bank.
As Assistant Vice President, Bryan will work closely with our business community to guide them in sound business decisions that allow for growth and prosperity.
Bryan’s path to Assistant Vice President of Business Development started with a 24 year career in finance with IBM. He holds an Associates of Science Degree in Business Administration from UCCC and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, Finance from SUNY New Paltz.
Bryan is active in his community serving on the board of directors of the Kingston YMCA as well as his high school Alma Mater John A. Coleman Catholic High School. Bryan is also an active member of the Kingston Kiwanis Club and is a 2012 Inductee of the Ulster County Herdegen Hall of Fame.
Bryan is a native of Kingston and currently lives in Hurley with wife Susan.

Jennifer Fabiano
Business Development OfficerJennifer was a graduate of Rondout Valley Central H.S and the University at Albany with a bachelor’s degree in Communications as well as Business. Jennifer’s primary work focus is in business development and overseeing the merchant service program for Rondout Savings Bank. Jennifer currently serves as a member of Junior League of Kingston and is an active member of the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce and The Town of Esopus Business Alliance. She has been in banking for 4 years. To leverage her leadership role Jennifer will be attending the Ulster leadership Institution program in the fall through the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Jennifer resides in Kingston with her husband and daughter and feels it is imperative to be an active participant in our community because participation will help our community thrive. Jennifer strongly feels to ensure she has her clients trust and loyalty she must be accountable and put her clients’ needs first.
